Tom Harkless Cam Ranh Bay '70-'71

This photo was taken in April 1970 outside my barracks and show new arrivals to CBMU-302 at Cam Ranh Bay. I was quite surprised to see myself in the center of the photo (arms crossed) complete with sleeves rolled up. I hadn't had time to get them cut off and hemmed. I visited my new CO, CMDR Harrell shortly after this and was quickly informed to lower my sleeves until they were hemmed.
