  • In Siem Reap, Cambodia we found several army bases have shooting ranges and you can visit and select the type of weapon you would like to fire. You pay a fee per clip (magazine) or belt to shoot fully automatic weapons. I took my 14 year old son who had the time of his life firing and M16, AK47, M60 machine gun and a tri-pod mount MV50? machine gun. Photo #177 is a short video of him firing a machine gun. (Unfortunately, I was unable to get the video to upload - RjF) The facility we went to had 2 indoor shooting ranges and I felt very safe using the range.
